Christopher Hunt Cleveland was observed sitting on the steps of the memorial below several women wearing dresses and taking revealing photos of them. The practice is referred to as “upskirting” in Urban Dictionary.
When police approached, he attempted to remove the memory card from the camera, however police arrested him and found other similar photos in his car. He has now been released, and a judge has ruled that women in public have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
