“Why didn’t you say anything?!”

Women who experience harassment in the workplace, whether it’s subtle discrimination or repeated sexual assaults, are not speaking out.

So what happens when harassment starts making it hard for you to do your job? You know, the stuff you get paid to do, the stuff you came there to do in the first place. What if you speak up internally?

Even participating in “diversity work” or pointing out the underrepresentation of women and other minorities in your workplace can put a target on your back.

So, instead of your concerns being addressed, it actually makes it even harder to do your job.

Tech companies too often make witches out of vocal women.
