Tamila Sagaipova
Tamila Sagaipova (December 2, 1993 – ) (Тамила Сагаипова) is a Chechen singer and former Kadyrov mistress. She sings in Chechen and Russian, accompanied by accordion, drums, and guitar.
She is known for naming eleven of Ramzan Kadyrov‘s mistresses in the 2014 song «Мой нанак» (“My nanak”).
Personal life
She was born in Grozny, the capital city of Chechnya, Russia. Later the family moved to Baku. As a teenager she returned to Grozny where she took music lessons and participated in music competitions.
Her older half-sister is singer Makka Sagaipova. Her father is accordionist Umar Sagaipov.
According to a fan site, she is married, has a son, and has left the stage, or perhaps was forced off by Kadyrov. Possibly lives in Austria with her husband.
Career
She became known through the “Young Stars – 2” project, organized by the Government Committee of the Chechen Republic for Youth Affairs. Her videos are described as “pop folklore” or traditional Caucasian pop style.
