I just went over there and it looks completely unreadable.
I’m kind of hoping I hit the wrong button on a setting somewhere, or maybe it’s just an April Fool, but somehow I don’t think so.
There’s a lot of stuff on the internet like this:

That is “old reddit” though, they all are, I think, the ones that are archived, and the Wayback Machine doesn’t seem to be able to archive reddit at all.

Yeah I only ever use old.reddit with RES. I can’t foresee Reddit cutting that off forcibly anytime soon since a large portion of the most active userbase swear by old.reddit (like Vector and Monobook on Wikipedia). Even if they do, the community will certainly create browser extensions to customize the look

I usually just type “r” in the address bar and let it autocomplete. Time for a “Plan B”.
Okay I have found in the preferences, where you can opt out of new reddit, so I did that.
RES is a browser extension, but it doesn’t seem to change the appearance any. The main feature seems to be a “dashboard” that is supposed to let you follow subs or users, and hides the subreddits you are following in a drop down menu instead of right on the page.
But I could not find the button to add subreddits to the page. And “friends”? LOL, I don’t think I have any friends, only stalkers.
