Sergey Kotov patrol ship has joined Russia’s submarine fleet at the bottom of the sea.
Sergey Kotoy was a project 22160 corvette. This was considered to be a lightweight ship with modest armaments suitable for suppressing smugglers and good radar, although it didn’t seem to help it in this situation. A Ka-29 helicopter was said to be on this ship, which was destroyed, and the ship was said to have been about to be fitted with air defense. This ship also reportedly took part in the attack on Snake Island.
The ship was sunk with Ukrainian MAGURA V5 naval drones. These drones are 18′ long and can travel 77 mph. This seems to be some kind of variation of the “sea baby” (red link) drones that can travel 56 mph.

Also I have seen somewhere the ship was carrying Kalibr missiles and launching attacks on civilians.
